How do I add income or an expense?
Tap the + button on the Transactions screen, or "Add entry" on the Dashboard. Choose Income or Expense, enter the amount, pick a category, and tap Save. You can swipe left on any entry to delete it.
How is my tax estimate calculated?
FreelanceFlow applies the tax rules for your selected country to your net profit (income minus expenses), including allowances, progressive brackets, and social contributions where they apply.
All figures are estimates for general guidance and are not legal or tax advice. Always confirm with a qualified tax professional before filing.
Which countries are supported?
FreelanceFlow currently covers six EU countries, each with country-specific brackets, social contributions, and VAT thresholds:
- Germany (Einkommensteuer, Steuerklasse I–VI)
- Spain (IRPF + autónomo)
- United Kingdom (Income Tax + NI)
- France (BNC + URSSAF)
- Netherlands (Box 1 + zelfstandigenaftrek)
- Italy (Regime forfettario)
How do I upgrade to Pro, and how do I cancel?
Open Settings → Upgrade to Pro to start your 7-day free trial. Pro is €4.99 per month and unlocks unlimited transactions, invoice PDF generation, CSV export, and quarterly deadline reminders.
To cancel, go to your iPhone's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select FreelanceFlow, and tap Cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the current billing period.
How do I create an invoice or export my data?
In Settings, tap Create Invoice to generate a PDF in your country's currency, or Export CSV for an accountant-ready spreadsheet of every transaction. Both are produced on your device and shared wherever you choose (email, AirDrop, Files, etc.).
Where is my data stored?
Everything you enter stays on your device. We don't operate servers, we don't have accounts, and we never see your financial data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
How do I reset everything?
Open Settings → Reset Account to permanently erase all stored entries and settings on your device. This cannot be undone, so consider exporting a CSV first if you want a backup.
